Our Guarantee
Our 7 day returns guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the product. We will not refund the cost of returning the product or the delivery cost. If the product was delivered free we will deduct our original shipping cost. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us in original condition including all packaging and instructions. There will be a charge of £2.95 for processing refunds to cover the costs passed to us by our Merchant Services suppliers. This charge does not apply to faulty goods returns or where the refund is the the result of an error on our part.
(This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.)
We will send you a RAN number within 24 Hours which you must include on your returned package.
We suggest sending parcels via a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or other secure service as we cannot be responsible for lost items. We will only refund the cost of transit/postage where the return resulted from faulty goods or an error on our part.
We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is proven to be defective.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
