Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier; just visit our where to buy page for information on stockists or to buy or rent now. We supply Respisense monitors to a variety of traders, although customers without a local stockist can buy Respisense from this site.

Sell Respisense?

Online and high street retailers that are VAT registered will be offered wholesale prices for stocking Respisense. Please call 01473 256 076 or email our UK sales manager for further details.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Consumer Guarantee

Respisense products purchased from Respisense.co.uk are covered by a minimum guarantee that the product will work as intended with normal use during the first six months of a child's infancy.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with our purchase you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund. You will be responsible for the safe return of the product to us at your own cost. The product should be returned with full packaging and instructions intact. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods

Fair Use Policy

We will repair, exchange or refund a product which develops a fault during the first six months. Upon returning goods please include your original packaging. Please note water damage, deliberate damage and excessive use of the battery are not covered by this fair-use guarantee. There are no user serviceable parts in Respisense.

We suggest sending parcels via a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or other secure service as we cannot be responsible for lost items. We will only refund the cost of transit/postage where the return resulted from faulty goods or an error on our part. We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is proven to be defective.All refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.

Buying Respisense?

Respisense is manufactured and sold as a consumer product, not a certified medical device. Respisense is intended to be used as an aid to alert parents if their baby’ s breathing effort is diminished or stops. It is important that parents and carers that Respisense (or indeed other devices of this kind) is not intended to replace parental or carers responsibility for the health and safety of infants. If you are unsure about the use of Respisense from a medical standpoint, we recommend you contact your physician.

Rental Agreement

When renting the Respisense ‘Use Anywhere’ Baby Breathing Effort Monitor you agree that there is a minimum three month rental term. Once the 3 months have elapsed extra payments of 13.00 per month will be charged to your credit card until the monitor is returned to: Ardega Ltd, St Margaret's Green, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP4 2BN.
