"I have tried the Respisense on my daughter this morning and it seems to be working great. She was born 4 weeks early and because we lost our little boy (age seven weeks) last year (not to sids, he was born with a diaphragmatic hernia) we were very concerned about our daughter. We purchased a Nircom Babysense 2 which we would not be without. That gave us so much peace of mind knowing that if she did stop breathing at least we would have warning and be able to do something about it. This was all great but did not cover our little girl if she fell asleep in her chair or when she was out and about in the pram. I had seen the Respisense advertised a while ago and we decided that it would be great to have her covered where ever she fell asleep. It is going to be a great mind settler when we go on holiday too, it is so small and compact that it can be taken any where at all and when we are out visiting too. I am a little worried about the size of it, because it is so small I feel it could easily be lost. It is a pity that there isn't some type of safety cord or clip to double secure it. I would recommend this to anyone who is worried about their baby. It seems rather expensive for the size of it, but then again you can't put a price on the life of your baby, as we know. I had searched the net for the best price and found your company the best value by far. I am pleased with the customer service too, very efficient and pleasant. Thank you, I will recommend your company and this device any time at all." |

"Our Respisense Baby Monitor goes everywhere we go. It's very simple to use and the battery lasts for a year and can be replaced. I think this product is very good and would be even better if the clip was redesigned." |

"[Good Points]
My 4 month old baby boy will only sleep on his front. Since purchasing the Respisense monitor I have worry free nights. I can also leave him asleep in his pram with his monitor on, which you can't do with a cot mattress breathing monitor. [Bad Points]
No bad points! [ General Comments]
The monitor works brilliantly. I would recommend it to everybody. It's much better than a cot mattress breathing monitor because you don't have to remember to switch it on and off in the middle of the night when you wake up to feed your baby. I'd pay a fortune for the peace of mind it gives, and the Respisense Buzz baby monitor cost less than £90...a bargain! " |

"[Good Points] Can monitor individual babies anywhere, any time of day. Great for parents of twins and multiples, especially when they share their bed, which they do for comfort. [Bad Points] Not rechargeable, although refurbishment is available from the manufacturer for a small charge if you want to use it for a second child. [General Comments] Respisense Buzz review - As we know as parents, peace of mind when it comes to our babies is priceless. With all the information we are given about Cot Death it is very hard not to worry about it. When I first saw this monitor [Respisense] on tv I was sceptical, but I got one anyway. It did do what it said it would with regard to the breathing monitoring. Fortunately I haven't had to test the Tummy Tickle on my child as far as I know, but it did work when I did a test on it, and I'm just reassured knowing it's there." |

"Hello, I recently won a Respisense monitor with forparentsbyparents.com and I would just like to say a big thank you! It is an amazing product and I will be recommending it to all my friends in my day to day life and online. It (Respisense) really is new and different and works very well :D Many thanks" |

"C... came down with a very nasty flu, and his breathing was affected. One night during his flu the Respisense™ alarm went off. I rushed into his room and he wasn't stirring like he normally does . ... so I picked him up, upon doing that I heard him take a huge gasp of breath while choking through mucus, then he started crying, I knew he had stopped breathing." |

"I looked around to find a monitor exactly like Respisense, because all the other ones here are only for a crib or a prone position. They have a lot of false alarm readings from what I've read, and no feature to assist the baby to breathe if he were to stop. Your product caught my eye because it can be used anywhere, doesn't run the risk of electric shock, and has the most important piece of actually doing something about a breathing episode. I have 2 friends right now who are pregnant and are also planning on getting one for their infants." |

"The hospital one is large, bulky and has electrodes and leads to contend with, the band that goes round his chest causes skin breakdown and small blisters and the pad one only works well if he stays on it, and he is becoming active so he wiggles off it and it does not I imagine feel particularly comfortable lying on a hard surface?!! They all have their problems in their designs. I am amazed at how well [the Respisense] attaches to the nappy also, it really fits well and seems very secure against his tummy. What an excellent design you have created!!" |

"The device [Respisense] is a real life saver and helps a lot. We almost lost our baby, and now feel a lot better knowing that the monitor is on and will alert us" |
|
"I wish to advise you that all is well with my daughter and feel that you have developed a great and worthwhile product. I must say I am also having a good nights sleep knowing that the Respisense is on constant surveillance." |
