Aftercare of your Respisense

At Respisense UK, we pride ourselves on looking after our customers - both before and after they have purchased a Respisense Baby Breathing Monitor.

We have found that a lot of our customers keep their Respisense Monitors even after their baby no longer uses it. It then allows them to either keep it if they have another baby, or they may even decide to give it to a friend with a baby.

If this happens, you may like to consider the following, which are options available to Respisense owners.

Battery Replacement

Respisense Buzz

Respisense UK can arrange for a replacement battery to be fitted to the unit. The cost for this service is 21.00, plus 2.95 to ship the unit back to you after replacement. The unit has to be sent back to the manufacturer, so you should allow 4-6 weeks for this service to be carried out.

NEW! Respisense Ditto

The New Respisense Ditto has a replaceable battery. The battery can be obtained from a number of outlets, including Respisense UK. Visit our Buy Respisense page for details and prices.

Part Exchange

Providing that the old unit is still in fair condition, Respisense UK offers a part exchange service, where the customer can return their old monitor to us, and receive a brand new one in return, together with a new Respisense Warranty. The cost for this service is £46.95 + £2.95 Postage + Packing. Contact Respisense UK for details
